A booking is confirmed once we receive your advance payment of 50%.
- The balance is paid at the time of check out.
- Accepted payments: [UPI, bank transfer, cash].
- Rates are per package.

Terms and conditions
These terms apply to every booking with Mithila Nature Stay. Please read them before you book.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from [1 PM] and check-out is by [11 AM].
Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability. Please tell us your arrival time in advance.
Cancellation and refundsImportant
- Cancel more than 3 days before arrival or no show or postpone: No refund.
- Cancel 5 days before arrival: 25% refund.
- Less than 10 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: 100% refund.
Refunds are made within 7 days to the original payment method.
Guests and visitors
Mandatory payment for the agreed number of guests at the time of booking. Extra guests and day visitors need our approval and may be charged.
Children between 5 and 10 years are half payable. Please tell us their ages when you book.
House rules
- No loud music or noise.
- No rave parties.
- No illegal activities or use of illegal substance.
- Smoking only in the designated area.
- Please look after the plantation, plants.
- Pets: Not allowed.
Damage and liability
Guests are responsible for damage to the property caused by them or their visitors. We are not liable for loss of valuables or for injury during activities, travel or in the countryside.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms shown on this page when you book are the ones that apply to your booking.
