HOMESTAY T&C
- 1. Payment has to be done as per the BILLING AMOUNT agreed at the time of booking. ***No payment reduction if reduced members at the time of check in. Extra members than the agreed numbers need to be paid according to the package at the time of check out.
- 2. For more than 1 night stay, 70% advance amount is mandatory. Guests will not be refunded of the remaining days if checked out early than agreed at the time of booking. 3 No illegal activities allowed in the homestay.
4. Loud music, Noise, Pets, and Campfire NOT allowed.
5. Guest has to pay the cost of the damage done to the property immediately.
6. Guest will be asked to vacate immediately WITHOUT REFUND if is abusive and violent towards the staff or other guests.
7. Guests are solely responsible for their valuables and belongings.
8. Homestay management is not responsible for any unavailability of certain services and facilities due to rains and other environmental catastrophes.
9. Smoking and drinking in the common and nature areas is NOT allowed.
BOOKING & RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 1. All guests need to accept our T&C through the link provided by submitting name and phone number.
- 2. 50% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
- 3. Balance package amount and any extras in total has to be paid at the time of check out.
- 4. Soft copy of ID proof of photo and address need to be shared for booking.
- 5. Rooms are strictly prioritized for advance payed guests only.
- COVID POLICY
- 1. All guests are requested to adhere to follow the best and safe practices of COVID hygiene protocol.
- 2. Guests are having fever, cold, chills, runny nose, and any other similar symptoms are requested not to check in.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. NO refund if cancelled before 4 days.
2. 50% refund if cancelled before 15 days.
3. 75% refund if cancelled before 20 days.
